If Naomi Bannister was to have a slogan, it should be; "Naomi listens".

My wife found Naomi through the internet. We decided to explore the Nashville, Tennessee area at the end of 2019 and to celebrate my birthday. We had no intention of buying a home at this time. My wife sent some listings she found to Naomi with some of our needs. Most of the homes my wife sent had a certain architectural influence. Our first day in Tennessee was spent exploring the outlying areas of Nashville, looking at some of the listings my wife found. While we were out exploring we saw some other homes we wanted to view. We sent the home addresses to Naomi and she set them up to view over the following days. One of the homes Naomi sent us wasn't on our "radar", but it met almost every one of our needs and since we were on a tight schedule, we kind of raced through this particular home.

We found another home that was for sale, but it needed a lot of work. My wife and I decided to send an offer on this particular home, the seller was not willing to negotiate, and while we waited for the seller to respond, we took another hard look at the home mentioned above. Since the first seller wasn't willing to negotiate and we found we both really liked the home Naomi found, we decided to put in an offer on the home we raced through. The seller was very accommodating and came through on everything we asked, so we decided to move forward.

Now remember, we had no intention to buy. Naomi listened. She saw what my wife wanted in a home, and what I wanted as far as space around us. Naomi negotiated every detail of the transaction as if she was buying the home herself. With no intention of buying, Naomi found exactly what we were looking for and we now own a beautiful brand new home on 5 acres just outside of Greenbrier, Tennessee. We will be moving in this coming June (2020).

My wife and I are people of Faith. The good Lord spoke to us by showing us this was where we were supposed to be, and praise be to God that Naomi represented us in the transaction. In short, everything fell into place. Naomi listened as did we.
